Community Development Programs Center of Nevada is a non-profit 501(c)(4) corporation founded by Frank Hawkins, Jr. with the express purpose of helping low to moderate income families achieve independence and economic empowerment.

We provide services across the Las Vegas Valley by building well-planned residential communities, offering counseling services to small business owners, and supporting future entrepreneurs through youth education, training, and mentoring.
